N.L. man appeals conviction for murdering estranged wife, says evidence from RCMP covert ops should be tossed

Dean Penney has filed a handwritten notice of appeal, arguing all evidence gleaned from a covert RCMP operation known as a Mr. Big sting should have been ruled inadmissible before his trial.
