First phase of Army restructuring creates division focused on defending Canada

Canada's Army formally made one of the biggest changes to its structure in decades Thursday by shifting from divisions based on geography to ones built around specific purposes. A new division, that prepares the army to rapidly deploy, will be headquartered in Edmonton.
